The holiday season is here! We all have the holiday break on our minds and it is time for a little fun during our centers and stations! Students can still learn and practice literacy concepts while still celebrating the season!
Some of my students are still working on letter sounds, so why not make it fun! These cute pages for beginning letter sounds with a Christmas twist is just the perfect activity to keep your kiddos engaged while still practicing essential skills.
Let's keep our students learning with more hands on activities too! I have a beautiful short vowel sort in this resource that is perfect for word work stations. Students short the pictures or words on ornaments onto the correct short vowel page. Once completed it makes for a cute decoration around the room!
We also have a fun Santa Claus word scramble! Even I love this activity! How many words can you think of using the letters in Santa Claus?!? It is pretty impressive to see what some students think up!
You can grab these activities for FREE down below! Or you can grab the entire resource at my TpT store! There are even more beginning letter activities, color by word activities, digraph color pages and a Santa Letter Writing page as well! Happy Teaching!
